保養登記之細則及條款、個人資料收集聲明
The warranty registration and the personal information collection statement
- 為防止水貨及被盜之產品虔修,客戶在要求保養服務時,必需出示保用證及購買產品之正本發票,影印或傳真本恕不受理。
- 經技術員判斷為非人為損壞,保用期內將免費維修及更換零件。
- 以下情形不在保用範圍內:
- 使用不當、疏忽、火災、電擊等行為或非自然之動作,不當之改裝式未遵照產品所附之說明書進行操作。
- 消耗零件,如電池等等。
- 所有故障維修品送修過程中,儲存於產品內資料之完整性及保密性,維修中心及 L  ogitech Asia Pacific Limited 不負擔任何法律責任及維修義務。
- 遭受非維修人員拆卸。
- 不正常之磨損或摔傷。
- 遺失購物發票、塗改或發票上沒有購物日期。
- 購物發票日期在要求維修當日己超過保用年期。
- 若附於產品上的產品序號曾被更改、刪剷或除去。
- 保養服務只適用於自行攜到服務中心。
- 所有資料儲存產品客戶在維修前,需自行將產品之內容儲存備份。維修中心及 Logitech Asia Pacific Limited 並不提供拷貝或儲存服務。
- 於修理時,產品儲存之內容可能被刪除,維修中心及 Logitech Asia Pacific Limited將不會預先通知客戶。對於因而引致資料之損失,維修中心及 Logitech Asia Pacific Limited 一概恕不負責及賠償。
- 不論是保養期內或保養期外維修時更新零部件後,損壞之零部件乃屬維修中心所有。
- 非保用年期內之產品,客戶須繳付基本測試費。零部件費則以個別產品的廠商建議另計。
- 不設上門安裝、檢查、維修或退換的服務,敬請留意。
- Logitech Asia Pacific Limited 保留更改以上條款及細則之權利,而毋須另行通知客戶。
- Logitech Asia Pacific Limited 於是次保養登記中要求客戶所提供的個人資料,將用作聯絡客戶、統計資料及如得到客戶同意,其個人資料會用作日後宣傳用途, 並會妥善保存及保密處理已收集之個人資料。如客戶拒絕提供有關資料, Logitech Asia Pacific Limited 有權拒絕客戶之保養登記申請。有關本公司的私隱權政策,請參閱 https://www.logitech.com/zh-hk/legal/web-privacy-policy.html
- The prevent parallel goods or stolen goods be delivered to us for service, customer must present the completed original warranty card together with original purchase invoice when service is rendered. Photo or facsimile copy of warranty card will not be accepted.
- For any defect, in the judgment of technician, caused under normal use, responsible for repairing the product, and / or replacing parts free of charge during the limited hardware warranty period.
- The warranty is null and void in the following cases:
- Factitious damage, remissness, file, flood, any other inorganic or operation which is not specified on the user’s manual.
- Consumable parts such as battery, etc …
- Will not be liable for the completeness and security of information stored inside the product should any damages occur during transportation to or from the service center.
- The product has not been maintained or operated in accordance with the instruction furnished, the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
- Abnormal worn-out or broken.
- The purchase invoice is lost, misplaced, amended or without date of purchase in the invoice.
- The warranty period has expired on the date the service is required.
- If the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
- This warranty is valid for carry-in to out Hong Kong service center only.
- For all storage products, customer should backup his own product contents of his own accord before repair. Service center and Logitech Asia Pacific Limited will not provide service for data backup.
- In case of repair product content may be destroyed / removed and customer will not be informed in advance. Service center and Logitech Asia Pacific Limited will not be liable for or compensate any data lost due to repair.
- Any defective parts, which has been replaced, shall be service center’s property, no matter during or after warranty period.
- Handling fee will be charged for technical inspection and testing is required for out of warranty product. Additional parts replacement will be levied as indicated by the manufacturer.
- No On-site service for installation, checking, repairing or product exchange.
- Logitech Asia Pacific Limited Reserve all rights to amend the above terms and conditions without further notice.
- Logitech Asia Pacific Limited asked the customer to provide personal information in the product warranty registration will be used to contact the customer, statistical information and if the customer agree, their personal information will be used in the future for promotional purposes. The collected personal data will be properly stored and confidentially processed. If the customer refuses to provide relevant information, Logitech Asia Pacific Limited reserves the right to reject the application of product warranty registration.
